Delivery Policy

All items are PREORDER except for the items stated as READY STOCK

  • Preorder item will take 15 ~ 25 or more working days to arrive
  • We ship to Malaysia and selected oversea countries at the moment.
  • Ready stock products will be shipped in 2 ~ 3 working days once payment is cleared
  • Kindly note that some preorder items will be arriving later, depends on the estimated arrival date which is stated in the product descriptions.

Custom & Duties

For Malaysian Customers
Import duties and taxes are included. No second payment and extra charges.

For International Customers
Kindly note that import duties and taxes and charges aren't included in the item price. 
Customer will hold the responsibility for the extra import duties and charges.

Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY

  • You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase for returns/ exchange
  • We are not responsible for any damage of goods caused during local shipping.
  • Please note that outer case is only for protection of the item inclusions and there will not be exchange / claim for such reasons and conditions.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, new replacement will be done within 3 days after receiving.

REFUND POLICY

  • A full refund will be done to the items not managed to secure or out of stock.
  • For return products,once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Refund or reshipment will NOT be made if the delivery was failed due to incorrect address provided during the order process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reasons, you need to request for cancellation immediately after you receive the confirmation email for your order. We may not be able to cancel your order and issue refunds once your order is under processing.
