Returns/ Exchange 
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it.

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase for returns/ exchange

We are not responsible for any damage of goods caused during local shipping.

Please note that outer case is only for protection of the item inclusions and there will not be exchange / claim for such reasons and conditions.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, new replacement will be done within 3 days after receiving.

Refunds
A full refund will be done to the items not managed to secure or out of stock.

Full amount refund means the amount that seller received will full return to you, not included third-parties platform service fees. The third-parties service fees will be bare by buyer. 

For returns product, once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
